| 摘 要： | 运用访谈法和数理统计法等对世界优秀100 m运动员的起跑反应时进行了研究。结果表明:运动员随着比赛轮次的递进,运动成绩的逐渐提高,起跑反应时逐渐减小,直至决赛时起跑反应时达到最快;男子与女子比较,男子的起跑反应时明显好于女子;运动员的爆发力越好,起跑反应时越快。

| Abstract: | In this study,interviews and mathematical statistics were used to study the reaction time of start of the best sprinters in the world.The results showed that athletic performance gradually increase,with the progressive of competition rounds,reaction time of start decrease until final to achieve the fastest reaction time of start.Compared with women,men starting reaction time is better than women obviously;the better the explosive power,the faster reaction time of start. |
