| 摘 要： | 美国政府非常重视发挥国内非专业情报机构的作用。以美国情报体系及其国家安全战略、情报战略、国防战略等指导性文件观点为逻辑起点，探讨了对专业情报组织与非专业情报机构的合作必要性，分析了非专业情报组织的合作优势、合作方式，研究表明：美国非专业情报组织在其国家安全战略中具有重要地位，进而提出美国非专业情报机构工作实践对中国情报体系建设具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | U.S. Federal Government is transforming its intelligence institutes after “11th September” Event. The institutes will have more intelligence tasks which is more than they can deal with that they have to ask for cooperation with non-professional intelligence institutes. The article analyses cooperation background, advantages, methods and prospect, then demonstrates the statue of non-professional intelligence institutes in U.S. safety strategy. |
