| 摘 要： | 平淡美是宋代的主流艺术审美思想，是宋人自觉追求的一种绚烂之极归于平淡的审美理想风格。宋人在文、诗、书、画等不同艺术门类的思想倾向和艺术态度上，都使平淡在美学境界追求上有了突出的表现，同时又都具有了统一的内涵，体现了整个时代的艺术境界和审美理想。

| Abstract: | Plain style is the main aesthetic ideology of Song Dynasty,which is Song artists pursue conscientiously to the aesthetic ideology in the field of essay,poetry,calligraphy and painting.They have the same idea,tendency and attitude to the art and especially get the outstanding achievements with plain style,which displays the significence and the aesthetic ideology of the whole age. |
