| 摘 要： | 传统训诂学要想在当今生存与发展就必须进行现代化的转型与重构。首先，需要明确训诂学的学科性质和研究对象，其次，需要建立一个完整严密的理论体系。重构后的现代训诂学当是一门具有独特学科品质的、既保持传统精华又富有时代人文精神的古汉语语义解释学。

| Abstract: | It is necessary for us to carry out a modem transformation and reconstrucfion on the traditional Chinese Exegefics for its surviving and developing at the present day. First of all we must have an unambiguous comprehension on the characteristic and studying object of the subject. In the next place we should construct a perfect and rigorous academic system on it. After reconstructing the modem Chinese Exegetics should be an especial subject of the semantic hermeneufic on the Ancient Chinese which conserves the cream of our traditional culture and possesses the abundant humanistic spirit of our age. |
