| 摘 要： | 人的现代化就是人的综合素质的现代化 ,它包括思维方式、价值观念、行为规范和情感方式的现代化。文章从体育的视角通过体育对人的身体和心理的影响 ,二个维度探讨了体育在实现人的现代化进程中的作用。现代社会不能没有体育 ,未来社会更加需要体育 ,这是因为社会对体育的需要越来越迫切。体育正日益成为现代人生活中不可缺少的东西 ,现代社会需要体育来对现代人的培养

| Abstract: | Man's modernization means man's overall development which includes mode of thinking, concept of value, norm of conduct and expression of affection. The paper probes into the important role PE plays in the realization of man's modernization and its positive influence on man's physical and mental health. Modern society needs physical education, and future society needs it even more. The education is getting increasingly indispensable to the modern life. |
