| Abstract: | Closely linked with democracy, market econmy is the financial basis of mature democracy. When democracy is still at a premature stage, market economy is the basis and premise of socialist political democratization, as well as its important impetus. Much emphasis laid on the development of a socialist market economy is conductive to the promotion of China's political system reform, the separation of the Party and administration, the rational distribution of rights and the transformation of administrative functions. |
