| Abstract: | Jiangsu has scored great achievements in agricultural development since the adoption of the policy of reform and opening up to the outside world. Drastic measures should be taken around the trans century strategic goal to achieve the sustained, stable and effective development of agriculture. That is to strengthen the conservation of cultivated land, administer agriculture according to law, intensify the readjustment of agricultural structure, accelerate the process of agricultural industrialization, promote the development of rural industries and enhance the management of collective assets. |
