中国区域经济发展与西部开发

新中国成立后 ,前 3 0年实施的均衡发展模式和改革开放 2 0年实施的非均衡发展战略 ,在调整区域经济结构、推动全国经济发展等方面发挥了重要作用 ,但未能消除空间上的二元经济结构 ,反而使地区差距进一步扩大。根据发展经济学理论 ,实施西部大开发 ,是调整和完善中国区域经济结构的科学选择 ,应通过选择优势区位、培育优势产业、推进农业产业化、保护生态环境、改善投资环境、吸引科技人才等多种措施 ,加快西部地区的建设和发展 ,实现全国区域经济的协调发展

Development of China's Regional Economy and Exploration in Western China

During the fifty-year history of New China, though the balanced development strategy conducted in the first thirty years and the unbalanced one carried out within the following twenty years of opening up to the world and reforming played an important role in adjusting regional economic structure and motivating national economic development, they have not successfully changed the geological dual economic structure, but instead widened regional discrepancy in terms of economic development.Judging from the perspective of Development Economics,western area exploration strategy is our scientific selection to adjust and perfect our country's regional economic structure.According to the strategy,we must determine superior zones,develop superior industries,improve agricultural industralization,protect ecological environment, better investment environment,recruit needed professionals in science and technology so that we can speed up the construction and developmentof the western area economy and at last achieve the goal of a balanced regional economic development across the country.
