| 摘 要： | 良好的金融生态环境是经济发展的基础，应该不断予以优化。利用中国人民银行关于金融生态环境的评价标准，构建了黑龙江省金融生态环境的衡量指标，采用比较分析的研究方法，将黑龙江省与我国其他29个省份的金融生态环境进行对比，结果表明黑龙江省金融生态环境的综合实力较差，就此提出推进产业结构调整，强化司法公正，完善信用体系，深化金融产品创新等优化对策。
