| 摘 要： | 扩大消费需求对经济的拉动作用,重点在农村地区。社保制度不完善是我国农村长期存在消费需求不足的重要原因。本文结合当前经济形势和中央解决“三农问题”的政策措施,提出健全我国农村社保制度的建议。

| Abstract: | The emphasis of pulling function to economy by enlarging the consumption demand is in rural area. The imperfect social security system is the main cause of scant consumption demand that has been existed for a long time. Combining the current economic situation and polices and measures issued by the Central Government related to issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers", the author put forward the suggestion to improve social security system in China's rural region. |
