| 摘 要： | 生料质量控制系统是衡量水泥厂自动化控制水平高低的标志之一。文章着重从理论上研究了生料质量控制系统，并从各个生产厂家控制的经验上总结了一套对应各种生料配料情况的方法。文章介绍了软件功能、设计思想、系统特点。特别对控制系统影响为数较多的因素做了相应的阐述，并提出了解决办法。

| Abstract: | The quality control system of raw material is a standard to measure cement plant auto- mation and control. The article focuses on the theoretical study of the quality control system of the raw material and makes a summary of a set of proportioning methods of corresponding raw material ingredi- ents from the experience of various manufacturers. The article introduces the software functionality, de- sign philosophy and the characteristics of the system. The factors affecting control system is particularly elaborated and solutions are proposed as well. |
