| 摘 要： | 民主革命时期、1949年至1978年及改革开放至今，中国共产党在不同时期对“三农”问题有着不同的认识。“三农”问题是贯穿中国现代化过程的基本问题，与中国共产党的使命和成败休戚相关。现阶段，党在处理现实中的“三农”问题时，要形成实事求是的认识论基础，要充分贯彻民主集中制组织原则，要在农村大力宣扬“三个代表”的重要思想。
