Development and Application of Opening Management System Based on Smart 3D Ship Design Software

The hull structure outfitting opening is an important part of the collaborative design of the hull and outfitting professions.In order to strengthen the coordination ability,this paper standardizes the opening process and realizes the management of opening data.By analyzing the secondary development capabilities of Intergraph’s ship design software Smart 3D,the ship’s inter-professional collaborative design process is presented.Combined with the needs of cruise design and shipyard design for actual production business,the paperuses the S3D secondary development framework,formulates the opening collaborative processing rules,and combines the database design to develop a unified opening management system.By the user permission detection,professional business processes are distinguished,information about the intermediate process of openingis stored and traced opening information.The design complies with the shipyard design and production process,better assists the cruise ship design,laysafoundation for the construction of the cruise ship,and also improves the shipyard cruise ship design efficiency.
