摘    要:新编辑是出版社的新生力量。从依赖他人到独立开展工作,是新编辑成长的必由之路。文章从多个层面论述培养新编辑独立自主工作的问题:编校能力、管理能力、组织能力、交际能力、策划能力、网络出版能力。分层次地培养有利于新编辑的终生发展。

Abstract:New editors are new power of the press. The only way of their growth is from depending on others to work independently. They can be trained at four levels: the training of editing and proofing skills; the training of management, organizational and communicative competence; the training of planning capability; the training of learning network publishing capabilities. Such doing is useful for them.
