浅谈班主任渗透德育的理念与策略

以德育人，是教育之本，是时代发展的需求，对保证人才培养的正确方向，促进学生全面发展，起着主导作用。班主任是学校德育工作的主要实施者和组织者，对学生灵魂的塑造具有举足轻重的作用。班主任要加强德育工作的有效性，必须具备“三心二意”，即爱心、慧心、耐心、创意和诚意。

On the Concept and Strategy of the Class Teacher’s Infiltration into Moral Education

Moral education, the foundation of education, is the demand of social development. It plays a key role in the personnel training and the comprehensive development of students . Class teachers are the main executors of the moral education work in schools,who are also endowed a pivotal role in shaping students＇ soul. To strengthen the validity or effectiveness of moral education, class teachers must possess the follow- ing qualifications： love, ingenuity, patience, creativity and sincerity.
