| 摘 要： | 自1999年5月19日以来，深、沪股市出现一轮大的上涨行情，沪市成功突破历史最高点。作者就此行情的爆发进行分析，指出是国家宏观经济运行和拉动内需，刺激消费的需要，并对未来我国证券市场的发展做出了说明。

| Abstract: | ?Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market rose to a big new quotation on May 19th 1999. It broke the highest point in the history successfully. The paper analyzes the breaking out of this quotation,points out it's the necessity of the macroscopic economy movement and the pulling of the intcrnal de mand, and also the necessity of stimulation consumption. The paper also gives an explanation on the fu ture development of China Stock Market. |
