| 摘 要： | 作为影响个体心理层面的外部因素．作为专门从事思想政治工作的职业群体．政工人员除了要具备一般个体的良好心理素质，还要具备敏锐的感知力、理性的思维力、稳定的情感、果断的意志力、均衡的气质、社会管理型性格及社会化的能力等七种职业心理素质．并保持各种心理素质问的协调与平衡。
