摘    要:反思源于教师自我角色愿望、需要以及实践和追求.是教师成长最根本的内在动力.对于提高教育教学效果有着十分重要的意义。本文在回顾和评述当前教师反思理论的基础上,提出了教师行动研究反思模式。

Abstract:Confession derives from teachers' self character respiration, needs, practices and pursue, and is the most important in- ternal impetus for their development which is profoundly significant in improving education quality. This article proposed a novel teacher action research confession model on the basis of the retrospect and review of the current teacher confession theories.
