| 摘 要： | 加强高校行政管理队伍的建设．是办好高校并向世界一流大学迈进的基础性工作。当前．高校行政管理队伍中存在着缺乏开拓进取的精神、管理水平低等问题．同时．管理人员还面临着收入偏低、职业发展空间不足等困境．一定程度地影响到学校各项工作的高效运转。文章对更好地加强高校行政管理队伍建设提出了新对策和措施。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of administrative staff in universities is the basic work to building the first-class university. Currently, there are some questions about management team, a certain extent influence the development of the school work in high efficiency. This article from the strengthening ideological construction, system construction, evaluation mechanism and other aspects puts forward to strengthen the administrative man- agement team new countermeasures and the corresponding measures on initiatives. |
