摘    要:教育学教学通过"师生互位"教学实验,组织学生通过独立学习、小组集体研究、个人撰写教案、课堂讲解、全班讨论等活动,使学生增强学习动机,改良学习方法与习惯,丰富专业知识,提高专业技能,健全专业情意,从而培养学生的自主学习能力,最终实现学生的自主发展.

Abstract:It is significant that Teacher-student role exchanging teaching has been introduced into Pedagogy teaching to improve the study of students in higher teachers college With teaching experiments, Pedagogy adopts a series of activities, such as learning independently, discussing in groups, writing a personal lesson plan, classroom explaining, whole class discussion and so on .
