Analysis on the Image Series of the Intellectual in Walking Back and Forth

Analyzing the novel "Walking back and forth" by Lu Xun, this article divides all the intellectual images into four series, images who are lonely and rebel, images who are eager to restores the feudalism old system or become the defender of traditional moral principles, images just like the person named Pei Jun from whom we can find some money relation among brothers, the tragedy images whose dream awake but "has not had the road to walk". By analyzing the four series intellectual's disposition characteristic and the soul characteristic, the article profoundly promulgates the social significance contained among these four kinds of intellectuals.
