| Abstract: | Based on the current IP issues which international and domestic libraries and information professions are facing and their status in IP research, current core IP issues related to Chinese librarians and information professionals are discussed. These current highlighted research subjects and practical issues include the digital library and copyright, the library and WTO, information service and network intellectual property, fair use and copyright balance, license and contract, IP training, etc. |
