科举制度与政治人才选拔

摘    要:科举制度从诞生之始,就受到我国制度范畴、历史传统、政治体系等的深刻影响,这也决定了它之后对政治制度有限的历史和现实作用。科举制度将官员的选拔范围扩大到全社会,为中国的知识阶层提供了相对公平的竞争机会,国家由此获得了广泛的政治人才和稳定的吏源。尤其是在此基础上建立的官考绩制度对抑制腐败亦有积极的借鉴意义。挖掘科举制度中的积极因素对推动我国人事制度的改革有一定的启示作用。

Abstract:The imperial examination system, from it's very beginning, is deeply influenced by national system' s limits, history traditions and policy systems.For this reason, it's limited history and reality function on followed policy system was then decided. The scope of official position selected by the imperial examination system was extended to cover all social, and that provided a comparatively equal competition environment for China' s intelligentsia. So the government could obtain a wildly policy talent and government officials resources. Especially the Assessment system to the civil official which established on this basis had an positive use for reference to restrain deprave. To tap the positive factors in imperial examination system will gain some enlightenment for promoting the reform of China' s personnel system now.
