| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚技术学院以当地工商业发展为基础，本着全纳性的教育宗旨，开设最急需的专业课程，对11到12年级的学生进行学术和职业两方面的教育，旨在解决经济发展对技能型人才的需求问题，同时为青年学生的就业提供起好的前景。学院得到了政府多种形式的政策支持，并和当地社区结成伙伴关系，且在管理上具有很大的灵活性和自主性。它为澳大利亚职业教育注入了新的活力。

| Abstract: | Australian technical colleges are based on the development of local business and industry.Starting from the educational tenet of inclusion,they offer pressing professional courses and provide both academic and vocational education for years 11 and 12 students.The purposes are to address the issues of the needs for skilled workers with economic development,and provide good employment opportunities for young Australians.The colleges get various policy support from the government,and form fellowship with local community.Its management is flexible and independent,which pour new vitality into the Australian vocational education. |
