现代生物技术及其伦理学思考

现代生物技术飞速发展,广泛应用于许多领域。特别是它作用于医学方面,引发了人类社会对伦理规范的紧迫思考,也促进了生物伦理学的形成与发展。伦理观是建立在文化、宗教信仰、经济、社会传统等诸多因素上的,因而难以在世界范围内达成共识。以基因工程为核心的现代生物技术,应该在相应法律制度的规范下,在新型伦理道德观和科学理性的制约下,健康有序地发展,最终造福于人类。

The Modern Bio - technology and View of Ethics

With the rapid development of the modern technology, the modern biotechnology such as the rapacious colon-technology, gene-technology,has been applied in many fields. When it was used as medical treatment, it has offered much hope to patients who could benefit from the transplants, and to provide cell replacement therapy to treat debilitating diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis,cancer,etc. In the other hand, the research of ES cell and human clone prompted biologists to begin engaging in ethical debates. The technology of biotechniogy deepen social ethics problem. The ethics is based on the different culture,religious belief , economy and traditions, so it is too difficult to get the common understanding in the world. The author puts forward a proposal that the development of the biotechnology should be restrained by law and social ethic.
