| 摘 要： | 财务战略管理是战略管理的核心，是影响企业长远发展的重大问题，是我国管理领域的一个崭新课题。传统的财务战略规划理论及构建方法存在着许多缺陷，财务战略规划的构建方法可以从定性和定量两个维度进行。不同性质的企业，因所处的内外部环境因素不同，所使用的方法也不一样，其可分为三步六分法、矩阵分析法。
