贮存条件下固体发动机的状态监测与理论计算

摘    要:为了得到固体发动机在贮存过程中,承受各种载荷的真实情况,采用嵌入传感器的缩比发动机,模拟其贮存环境,监测了装药内孔变形量;并利用三维热粘弹有限元进行了理论计算。结果表明:两种方法的结果有较好的一致性,最大误差为3.63%,该方法可应用到实际固体发动机贮存过程载荷监测。

Abstract:In order to acquire the load history of solid rocket engine during its storage process,a subscale engine with embedded transducer was designed and manufactured.The displacement in the bore of the charge was measured in the simulated environment during storage period;the theoretical simulation was conducted with three dimensional thermal viscoelastic finite element theory.The theoretical simulation with maximum error of 3.63% is in great accord with the experimental results.The method can be applied to the load measurement of solid rocket engine during storage.
