| 摘 要： | 在我国研究生扩招的背景下，西部高校研究生教育中导师少、研究生多的结构性矛盾日益凸显。面对这一情况，把“导生制”作为传统的导师制培养方式的辅助形式引入，让导生协助导师指导研究生开展学术研究，进行有效管理和履行服务社会职能，这样就能够缓解这一矛盾，从而有效提高研究生培养质量。

| Abstract: | On the condition of enlarged enrollment for postgraduate students,in the postgraduate education in the western university appears the structure contradiction of fewer tutors but more students.Because of this,to introduce monitorial system as traditional subsidiary pattern of the tutorial system,let monitor assist tutor instruct the postgraduate carry out academic research,perform efficient management and serve the society so as to relieve the contradiction and increase the training quality. |
