摘    要:新课程改革已在我国全面展开,较之以前的教育有了巨大的变化,这对中小学教师的教学和心理调适提出了新的要求和挑战。为此,中小学教师应了解什么是教学反思,教学反思到底要反思什么,应认识到教学反思的现实意义和迫切性,也要看到我国中小学教师教学反思中存在的问题,进而提高自己的教学反思能力,切实提高自己的专业素养,积极推进我国素质教育改革。

Abstract:The curriculum reform of basic education is in progress now.It is different from the education before and there is a tremendous charge for teachers’ teaching and psychological adjustment in primary and middle schools.Teachers should know the concept of teaching reflection,the content of the reflection,and understand its practical importance and eagerness of that.They should try to develop their teaching reflection ability and the whole educational accomplishment to promote educational reform
