碳酸二甲酯法合成苯异氰酸酯的研究

摘    要:以苯胺为原料,采用碳酸二甲酯(DMC)法合成苯异氰酸酯。对第一步苯氨基甲酸甲酯(MPC)的合成从反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及反应物料配比四个方面进行了探讨。确定了较优的反应条件为:反应温度为120℃,反应时间为3h,催化剂用量约为苯胺物质的量的7.8%,n(DMC)∶n(苯胺)的物料配比为8∶1。苯异氰酸酯通过减压蒸馏进行提纯,并对目标化合物进行物理常数,UV,IR的测定,经分析确定为目标化合物。苯异氰酸酯的产率为85.17%。

Abstract:Using aniline as the raw material,phenyl isocyanate was synthesized by Dimethyl Carbonate Merhod.The synthesis conditions of the first step on synthesizing methyl n-phenyl carbamate(MPC) were explored from the reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst amount and ratio of reaction materials.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 120℃,reaction time 3h,the ratio of DMC / Aniline 8:1.Phenyl isocyanate was purified by vacuum distillation,then identified as the target compounds through detecting physical constants,UV and IR methods,.Phenyl isocyanate production yield was 85.17%.
