| 摘 要： | 和谐社会呼唤和谐教育,以和谐理念为指导,以均衡发展为抓手,推动当前我国教育和谐发展,是践履和谐社会赋予教育使命的必然。从教育运作的物质、制度和精神的性质是否契合,教育系统的宏观、微观层次是否配套,教育系统的内外部关系是否适宜等方面进行观察与设计,从而解决种种不和谐的问题。
