摘    要:一位好教师要在自己的学识上下功夫,有过硬功底,给学生以良好的影响。广泛阅读,博采众长,建造自己的基本知识框架,用理论把它统率起来,形成自己的知识体系,是使知识丰富、基础坚实的重要途径。

Abstract:A good teacher is supposed to pay much attention to enrich his or her learning, leaving students a good impression. To obtain a good knowledge, it is important to read and learn widely from others' strong points and utilize what has been learned with theory, to form knowledge system of one's own.
