摘    要:数字电视的发展是我国广播电视面临的一次巨大技术变革,它将影响到广播影视全系统、全行业乃至整个信息产业、整个社会.数字电视自身的特点和优势必将替代模拟电视的发展,例如数字电视音视频效果好、传播节目频道多,还可以带动用户互动点播等增值新业务.国家有关部门制定了我国数字电视发展的"三步走"战略步伐,然而由于目前还存在着网络、资金、节目、机顶盒和用户消费理念等方面的"瓶颈",导致实际用户发展与规划之间还存在着一定的差距,我们认为这仅仅是黎明前的黑暗,相信数字电视"井喷"式爆发增长即将来临.

Abstract:The development of digital television is a tremendous technology innovation in television broadcast in China. It will have an impact on the whole movie and television system, every field of the business as well as IT industry and the whole society. Characterized by the articulation of its audio frequency, the fidility of its visual frequency and its capability of offering multi_channelled progroms, digital television will inevitably replace analog television. Besides, digital television also makes it possible that the users can request programs and interact with one another, which will be a new value_added business. The departments concerned in China have made the strategies which will be taken in "three steps" concerning the development of digital television. At present, however, there is a discrepancy between the number of the actual users and that of the prospective users due to the "bottleneck" reflected in the aspects of the network, funds, programs, roof_boxes, and consumers' conception. It is believed that these problems yet to be solved are only the darkness before daybreak and that the number of digital television users will soar soon.
