| Abstract: | Fair duty principle is one of imputation method in pirate law civil duty imputation principle system of our country civil law. But today there are scholars oppugn the status of it. The non-lackness of fair duty as one of method in imputation principle system of pirate law, the characteristic of fair duty principle applied condition and scale are discussed in the paper. |
