学术资本主义与大学治理结构变革

The Issue on Academic Capitalism and the University Governance Structure Refom

The operation and development of academic capitalism,requirements of university governance structure adjustment. It plays an important role of promoting the external governance structure of university changing from three-dimensional subject to a four-dimensional body,the contradiction of internal governance structure gradually transferring to the external governance structure, governance power stretching outward the top and base of governance structure. University governance structure has existed before the academic capitalism emerged,and becomes an important precondition for the sustainable development of academic capitalism. Academic capitalism has also impacted on the university governance structure. Academic capitalism only upholds coordination of the autonomy,academic freedom,professional governance and academic governance,consolidate academic ,public, independent legal person status of university, independent legal person status, can continue to produce positive effect on governance structure of university.
