论高等教育学的学科性质

摘    要:在不同视角下,高等教育学的学科性质是不同的。高等教育学从学科分类视角看,是综合学科,而非单学科或者交叉学科;从学科群视角看,是基础理论学科,研究的是高等教育一般规律;从创建发展视角看,是应用学科,需要走应用性道路;从学科特点视角看,是开放性较强的现代学科,而非封闭的传统学科。高等教育研究者应用"复杂性认识论"来统合对该学科性质的多元认识。

Abstract:In different perspective, discipline nature of higher education is different. From the perspective of discipline classification,higher education is a comprehensive discipline rather than a single or crossing discipline ;From the perspective of discipline group ,higher education is the basic theoretic discipline ,studying general law of higher education ; From the perspective of creation and development, higher education is an applied discipline;From the perspective of discipline characteristics,higher education is a modem discipline with openness rather than the traditional discipline with closeness. Higher education researchers should use "complexity epistemology" to integrate multi-dimensional understanding of higher education' s nature.
