认真贯彻《职业教育法》促进天津市职业教育大力发展

天津市认真贯彻落实《职业教育法》,积累了一些好的做法和经验,使职业教育通过十余年探索,突出了优势,走在全国前列,有力地推动了劳动者素质的提高和经济社会发展。但是,存在的问题也应予以重视,要结合温家宝总理在国务院教育工作座谈会上的指示精神,加强法规、规章建设,依法解决实践中的问题,促进职业教育大力发展。

Conscientiously Implementing Vocational Education Law Promoting the Development of Tianjin Vocational Education

Tianjin implements Vocational Education Law conscientiously and accumulates some good experiences.Its vocational education proceeds in the very front of the country with its outstanding advantages through ten years exploration and thus improves the laborer's quality and promotes economical and social development.However,there are still some problems that should be paid attention to.The construction of laws and regulations should be strengthened and the problems should be solved in accordance with the instructions by Premier Wen Jiabao at the rap session of working conference of State Council so as to promote the development of vocational education.
