| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会,实现人的全面发展,为高等教育改革提出了新的要求。以往的教育改革中还存在着培养方式上共性过多,素质教育形式化,教育评价体系机械化等问题。解决上述问题让更多的人享受更好的高等教育,是全面建设小康社会时期高等教育改革的必然要求。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive construction of well-off society and people's comprehensive development set the new request for higher education reform. In the former education reform problems existed such as too much commonness in the ways of training, formalization of quality education, and mechanization of education appraisal system. It is the request by the higher education reform in the new era of building well-off society to solve the above-mentioned problems and let more people enjoy even better higher education. |
