教师情绪智力初探

摘    要:教师良好的情绪智力对学生具有潜移默化的影响 ,它可以促进全面发展教育目标的实现 ,有利于提高师生创造力水平 ,并取得良好的教育教学效果。然而 ,许多教师不了解自己的情绪智力 ,没有掌握相应的方法以提高情绪智力 ,由此造成一系列因情绪智力而引发的教育问题。因此 ,教师应转变教育的功利观 ,掌握与学生进行情绪、情感交往的技巧 ,学习与情绪智力相关的课程 ,从而有效地提高自身的情绪智力

Abstract:Good emotional intelligence of a teacher is able to exert a subtle influence on the students. It helps to achieve the educational aims of all-around development of the students, to improve the creativity of both the teacher and the students and to obtain good educational effects. However, many teachers have no knowledge of their emotional intelligence and have no ideas of how to improve it. Hence, there exists a series of educational problems concerned with emotional infelligence. As a teacher, he must change his utilitarian ideas of education, and should learn to master the skills of making communications relating to emotions with students, and should study relative courses on emotions and therefore effectively improve the emotional intelligence of himself.
