The Idea about the Public Archives Providing Mobile APP Service

With the popularity of mobile Internet and the continuous development of smart phones,mobile phone APP is now widely spread by its feature of rapid,convenient use. Not only commercial APP,more and more government departments begin to develop and use the APP. At the same time,in the field of archival science research,archives digitization process is also in progress. Based on this background,this article simply introduces the APP and proposes the foundation that could develop APP mobile service by public archives,and details archives theory conception that what kind of mobile services public archives could develop and further put the function of public archives into full play.
