| 摘 要： | 在知识经济社会中、继土地、资本之后，知识成为经济增长的重要动力。而知识是由人来创造，传播和应用的，在促进经济增长的诸多资源中，人才资源是知识经济社会中最重要的资源，人才的培养靠教育，教育是开发人才资源的有效方式，教师肩负着培育一代科技英才的重任。

| Abstract: | In addition to land,labour and capital,knowledge becomes an important power of economic development in a society of knowledge economy.Knowledge is created,transmitted and applied by man.Human resource is the most important resource among the resources promoting economic growth.Training of qualified personnel depends on education.Education is an effective way of developing human resource.Teachers shoulder the responsibility of training a generation of talents in science and technology. |
