摘    要:自青霉素菌菌种应用于青霉素生产以来,米孢子的制备一直是青霉素发酵生产的一个重要环节。我们现行工艺生产青霉菌米孢子时,因其补充氮源的不足,导致孢子质量下降长势偏弱,影响了青霉素发酵生产。我们经定性分析与大量实验数据表明,利用F—蛋白作氮源更有利于孢子的形成和生产种子内在质量的提高。最终提高发酵生产菌的生产能力。

Abstract:Ther preparation of rice spore is always an important process in the manufacturing of penicillin ferment since the penicillin bacterium is used in the pe-icillin productThe present process of the prepartion of rice sport commonly result in inferior quality and infirm growth because of the shortage of nirtogen.Through the qualitaive analysis and the great number of testing data,we proved that it is of great benefit to the forming of the spore and the improving of the quality using F-protein as the resource of nitrogen.Then the ability of manufacturing ferment bacterium is improved greatly.
