| 摘 要： | 清末华北民变的发生有其各自不同的特点，在将个人行动转变为集体行动的过程中，分别有社会感染、基于个人领导的组织发动、民间组织的作用等几种方式起作用。在这个过程中，几乎乡村的每个人都参与其中，而那些乡村社区中的精英人物则无可争议地充当了领导者的角色。

| Abstract: | It had different characteristics of the occurrence of the North China Popular Revolt in the late Qing Dynasty. In the process of changing personal activity into class action, there had the society infection, arouse revolt by personal, function of the nongovernmental organizations. Almost everybody in the rural participated in Popular Revolt, but the elite persons within those countries community then acted as the role of the leader beyond disputely. |
