高职院校教师科研素质的调查分析

以部分高职院校教师的问卷调查的数据结果为依据,分析目前高职教师的科研素质问题。调查分析结果表明,高职教师科研兴趣整体上偏低,科研成果质量和档次不高,不少教师对科研方法掌握不够,科研处理问题的方式欠妥。因此,高职教师要增强科研意识,改进科研方法,加强学习培训,提升科研素质和水平。

Analysis of Research Quality of Higher Vocational College Teachers
