| 摘 要： | 人力资源在安徽省经济发展中发挥了重要的作用,但是在人力资源开发中还存在着诸多问题,主要表现在人力资源生产、配置和保护三方面,这些问题的存在影响了经济发展的可持续性。文章在分析这些问题的基础上,有针对性地提出了相应的对策和建议。
