According to the practice for many years, the writer has found that" interest" is one of important contents to selectjuvenile table tennis players, the coaches should pay attention to beginners' hand methods and step mthods in trainnig; thecoaches should also deal with the contradictions, such as reacting quickly or slowly, attacking of defending, hitting lightly orhaevily, and hitting near the table or far away. They should also pay attention to the basical core of rational hitting actions andcontinuously premate the training quality.
