| 摘 要： | 戈尔巴乔夫时期苏联犹太移民政策经历了一个从严格限制到逐步放开的转变过程，导致政策转变的原因主要有苏联国内改革，苏美关系及苏联的中东利益。犹太移民政策的变化使大量苏联犹太人得以离开苏联．同时也对这一时期的国际关系产生了重要影响。

| Abstract: | During the reign of Gorbatschow,the Jewish immigration policy saw a gradual change from strict limitation to loose control.This change can be traced to several reasons,which include the internal reform of Soviet,Soviet-US relationship and Soviet's interests in Mid-east.This change availed many Jewish people of an opportunity to leave the Soviet,which exerted great influence on the international relationship at that time. |
