浅析独立学院意识形态工作体系现状及对策研究——以绍兴文理学院元培学院为例

进入21世纪后,我国高等教育事业蓬勃发展。作为教育改革中一种新的办学形式,独立学院在短短几年间发展迅猛。作为意识形态建设的前沿阵地,独立学院如何正确引导师生的思想认知、加强意识形态工作体系建设,是当前亟待解决的一项关键问题。该文从系统论角度出发,以绍兴文理学院元培学院为例,通过构建完善的"五抓三性"意识形态工作体系,在校园意识形态工作领域中深化运用"枫桥经验",浅析独立学院意识形态工作体系现状及对策研究。

A Brief Analysis on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Ideological Work System of Independent Colleges:Taking Yuanpei College of Shaoxing University as an Example

In the 21 st century,China’s higher education is developing vigorously.As a new form of school-running in education reform,independent colleges have developed rapidly in just a few years.As the frontier of ideological construction,how independent colleges can correctly guide the ideological cognition of teachers and students and strengthen the construction of ideological work system is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.Starting from the perspective of system theory,taking Yuanpei College of Shaoxing University as an example,by constructing and perfecting the"five points and three natures"ideological work system,and deeply applying the"Fengqiao experience"in the campus ideological field,this paper attempts to briefly analyzes the current situation and countermeasures of the ideological work system of independent colleges.
