摘    要:"基因组学与蛋白质组学"作为当今世界发展最快和影响最深远的前沿学科之一,是生物信息专业和生命科学类专业研究生的重要课程。鉴于该课程具有前沿性强、内容多、难度大等特点,为保证教学质量,课程组人员通过优化课程内容、丰富教学手段及完善考核方式等不同途径,对"基因组学与蛋白质组学"课程教学改革进行探索。此次探索为科学推动教学体系改革、有效推进课程建设、进一步提升研究生的科技创新能力及综合素质提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Genomics and proteomics,as one of the fastest growing and most influential frontier disciplines in the world today,is an important course for postgraduates majoring in bioinformatics and life sciences.In view of the highly cutting-edge,multiple,and difficult content of the course,in order to ensure the quality of teaching,the course team members explores the teaching of the course by optimizing the content of the course,adopting diversified teaching methods and comprehensive assessment methods,in order to provide theoretical reference for scientifically promoting teaching system reform,effectively promoting course construction,and further cultivating postgraduates’scientific innovation ability and comprehensive quality.
