人际和谐管理理论视域下的日本冲突话语研究

摘    要:冲突话语是一种常见的动态语言现象,主要分为攻击性冲突话语和非攻击性冲突话语两大类。Helen Spencer-Oatey(2000,2007,2008)提出的人际和谐管理理论,在中英、中美冲突话语对比研究领域已经取得一定成果。该文基于Helen Spencer-Oatey的人际和谐管理理论,以日本的冲突话语作为语料分析对象,从语用角度探究其对人际交往的负面效应,分析话语冲突产生的原因以及如何有效地避免、缓解、消除话语冲突。

The Survey of Japanese Conflict Talk from the Perspective of Rapport Management Theory

Abstract:Conflict talk is a common dynamic language phenomenon,which can be divided into two categories:aggressive conflict talk and non-aggressive conflict talk.Helen Spencer-Oatey(2000,2007,2008)put forward the theory of rapport management theory,which has made certain achievements in the field of comparative study of conflict talk between China and the UK and between China and the US.Based on Helen Spencer-Oatey’s rapport management theory,this paper took Japanese conflict talk as the corpus analysis object,explored its negative effects on interpersonal communication from the pragmatic perspective,analyzed the causes of discourse conflicts and how to effectively avoid,mitigate and eliminate conflict talk.
